Who I am
I’m Samantha Kaye Harris—
Speaker, Strategist, and creator of the Brag Bag™ Strategy and the TRUTH Method™.
I’ve worked in male-dominated industries for over 25 years. Since 2013, I’ve held formal leadership roles, supervising men in high-stakes environments.
But my leadership didn’t start with a title.
It started the moment I had to hold my ground, speak up, and show up—even when no one made it easy.
I’ve led through silence, systems, and seasons of being passed over. I’ve held my own in union halls, aviation floors, and corporate boardrooms—while carrying the emotional weight too many women are still forced to hold alone.
Now I help other women rise and stay—without shrinking.
